NAME Chapter Request for MemberLeap Account W/PAYMENTS

    


As a chapter of NAME, you are eligible to register for a MemberLeap account.


Domain Name Registration Access - When we implement your new site, we will need the registration username and password to update your domain to point to our servers. If you don’t know who this is, we can help you track it down.
Social Media:  We can include icons in your header or footer, so please provide links to your social media pages.
Your Chapter has three templates to choose from - view template options.

Each Chapter will have access to the following optional modules/features within their own MemberLeap account:
  • Broadcast Email Messages

  • Elections
  • Event Registration
  • Message Board/Forums

  • Navigation link - 'About NAME' will automatically redirect to nameorg.org
  • News Feed
  • New Member Registration - 'Join NAME' will automatically redirect to nameorg.org

  • Private Member Directory
  • Website Content Manager
While the national NAME will continue accepting online payments for new member dues and renewal dues for your Chapter, your Chapter's MemberLeap account does not include an online payment option.   

If your Chapter want to accept online payments for event registration fees on their own website, you have the option to purchase a Payment Processing Package.  You will need your own credit card merchant account or PayPal account, and your Chapter will be responsible for the initial setup cost of integrating with a payment gateway and ongoing monthly fees. Without a Payment Processing Package, your Chapter can still setup events in your MemberLeap account, and your members can register for these events.  However, they will not be able to pay for any event registration fees online.  These fees will need to be mailed in or collected at the door.

If you purchase the Payment Processing Package above, you can also opt to accept online donations and/or store purchases through your website for additional initial setup costs and ongoing monthly fees, based on the modules selected:
  • $125 initial setup cost for Donations module with no monthly fee
  • $250 initial setup cost for Store + $5 per month fee
