Referral Rewards Program We offer a referral rewards program to thank our clients who refer us to other member-based organizations. For each organization that a client refers to MemberLeap, who then signs a MemberLeap Online Service Agreement with us, we will give a $100 credit towards the referring client's monthly MemberLeap fee. These credits will be applied 90 days after the referred organization's website and/or MemberLeap integration goes live. These credits are not eligible for financial reimbursement and can only be used as a credit towards MemberLeap monthly fees. Advanced Donations Features and Reports
Our updated donations module now offers the following advanced features and reports, and it is included in the Platinum MemberLeap Plan or as an add-on to the Silver or Gold MemberLeap Plans for an additional $25 per month charge. Simplified Process - All donation information is gathered on one simplified page. Donor Tracking - Allow member to enter their email address instead of logging in to track donation back to associated member record. Recurring Donations - Option to establish recurring monthly donations (Authorize.net via TransNational Payments with a CIM setup required.) Individual Campaigns - Create separate fundraising funds to allow donors to target donations to a particular campaign. Donation Reporting

Discovery Questionnaire Vieth Consulting/MemberLeap can determine a simple cost estimate or cost summary or create an Online Service Agreement (OSA) for you if we can get the information required from the following questions (if applicable to your Organization, all the questions may not apply to your specific project or need at this time). Please complete everything about the Project for analysis, estimate, quote, proposal, or project agreement.
These will be the determining factors for our cost analysis, which determines the cost(s) related to the Project. It also helps us determine a project's entire "scope" and any requirements. If items are not listed on this form, they will not be included in the estimate, proposal, or agreement created.
Any systems or feature requirements not listed or requested on this form will be considered additional billable projects. Separate quoting and approvals for additional billable time will be required, and project completion timelines will be affected.
