Our annual Pastry Chefs convention is coming up in December, and we want to give you an opportunity to participate as a sponsor of this annual event that also includes a Tasty Tradeshow in conjunction with it!

Convention Registration

Registration for the ACSA Centennial Convention will go live in early 2025. We look forward to having our members and industry friends join us in the Sunshine State!

Agenda

The ACSA convention will be full of informative sessions, networking opportunities, and entertainment. You can view the draft agenda here.

The event will begin with the Transportation & Insurance Committee Meeting, open to all attendees, starting at 3:00 PM EST, followed by the Welcome Reception on Monday, June 16, at 5:30 PM EDT.

If you are a member of the Executive Committee, ICE Cotton Committee, or ACSA Retiring Board of Directors, we encourage you to arrive on Sunday, June 15. Please check the draft agenda for specific meeting times on Monday, June 16.

After the General Session concludes at 11:30 AM EST on Wednesday, June 18, the Executive Business Session for Merchant and Primary Buyer/Mill Service Members, as well as the ACSA New Board of Directors, will take place following the close of the convention.
